Terms and Conditions for Evenia Luxury Chauffeur Services

All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or receipt from us.

Payment methods accepted are only bank transfer.

The final payment is due at least 31 days prior to the event date.

Cancellations made over 31 days before the event date, will receive a 50% refund of any final payment made (deposit non-refundable).

Cancellations made less than 31 days prior to the event date, will not receive any refunds.

Our chauffeurs will ensure timely arrival and provide professional and courteous service.

Chauffeurs are not responsible for delays caused by unexpected traffic, weather conditions, or other issues beyond our control.

Clients must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.

If the Client does not appear at the time and place designated as the pick up point, no monies paid will be non-refundable

Any changes to schedules or routes must be communicated promptly and may incur additional charges.

Clients are responsible for any damage caused internally and externally to the vehicle hired to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair of valeting required in order to reinstate the vehicle to its original condition before the hire.

Vehicles can be used for (specify purposes, e.g., weddings, corporate events, etc.), and changes must be pre-approved.

Smoking and illegal substances are prohibited in all vehicles.

We are not liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Our maximum liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Clients must provide flight details, and we will monitor the flight status to accommodate delays.

The maximum seating capacity of the vehicle is determined by Evenia Luxury Chauffeur Services and should not be exceeded. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any children under the height of 4’5’’ are secured within a booster seat or protective child seat as appropriate. (Please note there is an additional charge of £20 for the supply of a child seat).

Waiting time exceeding 60 minutes from the agreed pickup time may incur additional charges.

Our meet and greet system will ensure that your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the meeting point agreed at the time of booking. Your chauffeur will be holding up a name board with your name on it and Evenia Luxury Chauffeur Services

Specific instructions and itineraries should be confirmed at least 31 days prior to the event.

Additional wait time and photo stops can be arranged, possibly incurring extra charges.

Vehicles and chauffeurs are available for hire for film and TV productions, subject to specific contractual terms tailored to the production requirements.

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to road closures, police incidents, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of (specify jurisdiction). Any disputes will be resolved under these laws.
