We offer our services in London and surrounding areas. Being based in North West London allows us to easily operate our fleet of luxury vehicles within these areas.

Yes, you’re more than welcome to contact us and arrange a viewing with our Director or Business Manager. We also offer a video call service where we can show you around the vehicle you are interested in booking.

The age of our vehicles range from 2018 – 2023

To book one of our vehicles we would need details such as what vehicle you require, what service you would like it for, number of passengers, what date/s you require the vehicle, how long you require the vehicle and where you are based. You can contact us by requesting a quote online, by email or call our Business Manager on 07904652986.

To amend your booking you would need to contact the office by email or phone and update us with the changes required.

We will require a 50% payment to secure the booking and the remainder taken varies on the service, for weddings it’s 31 days prior to the event. If your journey is at short notice we will take all payments before travel.

All payments will be made via bank transfer after we send you an invoice.

Yes, our chauffeurs will always be formally and professionally presented, in suits, for all of our services.

It’s best to book as early as possible, ideally several weeks or even months in advance, especially for weddings or other special occasions if you need a specific vehicle or have particular preferences. While our airport transfer service allows bookings up to 48 hours before travel, it’s generally recommended to book well in advance to secure availability.

Rest assured, we monitor all flights and will make every effort to arrive ahead of schedule.

We closely monitor your flight and aim to arrive at the airport 30 minutes after the plane has landed to minimize waiting time. If, for any reason, you experience further delays such as extended customs procedures, waiting time will be charged at an hourly rate. The hourly rate will depend on the type of vehicle, and the hour will be divided into 15 minute segments.

Yes, your chauffeur can either call or send an SMS upon arrival, or wait with a name-board in the car or ring a doorbell. Please inform us of your preferences when making the booking.

No, all our prices will include these.

No, but we would be happy to stop for smoke breaks as requested.

Water is provided in all our vehicles, but unfortunately we do not permit eating.

Yes, we will decorate the vehicle with ivory ribbons as part of our standard service.

All vehicles are kept clean at all times and are regularly valeted and disinfected.

Safety is our top priority, all of our vehicles are regularly MOT’d, serviced, as specified by the manufacturers requirements for that particular car. It’s also the chauffeur’s responsibility to check the oil, coolants and tyre pressures on a daily basis.

Yes, we have baby/child seats available. Please request these on booking. There will be a £20 charge.

  1. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, there will be no cancellation charge
  2. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 12 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of the cost of the booking will be charged
  3. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 6 hours of the start of the contract or if the driver is already en-route, 100% of the cost of the booking will be charged
  4. If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, 100% of the cost of the booking will be charged
  5. If a wedding booking is cancelled over 31 days before the event date, will receive a 50% refund of any final payment made (deposit non-refundable). Cancellations made less than 31 days prior to the event date, will not receive any refunds.
